Mail Management Services, Inc. in Everett, WA is seeking a Full Time Class A CDL truck driver to support our mission of providing reliable service for customers.

The compensation includes $27.49 in Regular Hourly Pay + $7.06 in Incentive Pay + $5.45 in Health & Wellness Pay, paid up to 40 hours per week. The role may require loading/unloading and handling cargo, with health benefits available after 30 days.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of tractor-trailer driving experience within the last 5 years.
• Must be 23 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a federal background check.
• No DUIs/DWIs within the last five years.
• Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs and handle cargo safely.
• Must pass a DOT physical and pre-employment drug test (company paid).
• Proficient in basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Drivers must arrive on time daily.
• Inspect the truck before, during, and after the run and report issues to the operations manager.
• Complete daily tasks within company procedures and federal/state vehicle regulations.
• Report delays that affect on-time arrivals at facilities.

Schedule: Sunday and Monday 11:00 PM to 10:21 AM, Friday and Saturday 2:00 AM to 10:25 AM

*$27.49 in Regular Hourly Pay + $7.06 in Incentive Pay + $5.45 in Health & Wellness Pay(paid up to 40 hours per week)– Health & Wellness Pay is used to offset monthly health insurance premiums. Health & Wellness pay is added to your paycheck no matter if you choose insurance or not.

Mail Management Services is hiring a Full Time Class A CDL truck driver to serve our mission of providing reliable service for customers.

Job Requirements:

• A minimum of at least 1 year of driving a tractor trailer experience within the last 5 years


• Must be at least 23 years of age or older.


• Ability to pass a federal background check


• No DUIs/DWIs *within the last five years


• Must be able to perform frequent lifting and pushing/pulling wheeled carts up to 100lbs**


• Must pass a DOT Physical and Pre-employment drug test (company paid)


• Proficient in basic computer skills

Drivers may be required to load, unload, sort, and handle cargo to and from trailers by hand or by use of mechanical equipment such as carts or a pallet jack. The driver must be able to bend, stoop, twist, climb and move freely in the handling of cargo that may weigh more than 100 pounds. The driver must be able to lift from 60 – 100 pounds. The driver must be able to lift 60 pounds over the head and must be able to exert a minimum of 70 pounds pull pressure on the 5th wheel lock and trailer tandem release.The driver must be able to safely maneuver a cart weighing up to 500 pounds.

Job Responsibilities:

• Drivers must arrive on time daily.


• Drivers must inspect the truck before, during, and after the run for problems. (pre-trip/post-trip) (DVIR) Notify the local operations manager of any issues.


• Complete job daily within guidelines of company procedures and policies, as well as federal and state regulations of operating motor vehicles.


• Report any delays (weather, traffic, breakdowns) that will interfere with on-time arrival at postal facilities.
