Mail Management Services is hiring a Full Time Class A CDL truck driver to serve our mission of providing reliable service for customers.
Responsibilities include punctual daily deliveries, thorough pre-/post-trip inspections, and safe cargo handling to meet all federal and state regulations. Eligible candidates have at least 1 year of tractor-trailer experience, must be 23+, and will undergo DOT and pre-employment screenings. Health & Wellness pay supplements insurance premiums.
--Saturday to Tuesday 8:50 PM to 4:40 AM – BLOCK PAID AT 8 HOURS (Alamosa)
--Monday to Saturday 1:05 AM to 9:30 AM (Cimarron/Pueblo)
Route Assignment: This position will initially cover a route for a driver who is currently on leave. The assignment is expected to last approximately 6–8 months. If the previous driver returns to this route, the newly hired driver may transition to another available route or assignment based on operational needs and availability. There is also a possibility that this route could become the driver's permanent assignment.
--Full-time Floater position. The driver will initially cover a route for an employee who is currently on leave, with a schedule of Monday–Saturday, 12:00 AM–7:25 AM. If/when the current driver returns, the driver will transition to a Floater assignment, covering other routes as needed based on operational needs and availability. There may also be an opportunity to transition into another dedicated full-time route assignment as routes become available. Weekend availability is required.
*$30.17 in Regular Hourly Pay + $6.07 in Health & Wellness Pay (paid up to 40 hours per week) – Health & Wellness Pay is used to offset monthly health insurance premiums. Health & Wellness pay is added to your paycheck no matter if you choose insurance or not.

Job Requirements:
** Drivers may be required to load, unload, sort, and handle cargo to and from trailers by hand or by use of mechanical equipment such as carts or a pallet jack. The driver must be able to bend, stoop, twist, climb and move freely in the handling of cargo that may weigh more than 100 pounds. The driver must be able to lift from 60 – 100 pounds. The driver must be able to lift 60 pounds over the head and must be able to exert a minimum of 70 pounds pull pressure on the 5th wheel lock and trailer tandem release. The driver must be able to safely maneuver a cart weighing up to 500 pounds.
