Warehouse Truck Jockey/Forklift Operator – Tuffy’s Pet Foods

Hours: 3pm-11pm, M-F

Compensation

All in hourly compensation: $24.84/hr

• Base Pay: $20.96/hr
• Sign on Bonus: $1.22/hr
• $1.40/hr for CDL
• 6% Shift Differential for Mid Shift: $1.26 (included in total rate)

Profit Sharing Eligibility: Begins after completing 1 year of employment (Profit Sharing Pool $7.7 million in 2025).

The Opportunity

Mid Shift Warehouse Truck Jockey/Forklift Operator position.

Essential Duties

• Operate forklifts, push pulls, and conduct daily forklift inspections.
• Drive the jockey truck, move trailers, transfer product, and perform truck inspections.
• Maintain a continuous flow of material for warehouse and production lines.
• Load and ship finished goods.
• Accurately document shipping and receiving.
• Haul garbage to the compactor.
• Clean the warehouse and run power sweepers.
• Wrap product for UPS shipments.
• Conduct inventory at year-end and monthly.
• Assist line pullers with breaks.
• Scale trucks in and out as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, speak, write, and understand English.
• Must have a CDL license.
• Proficiency operating forklifts, push pulls efficiently and safely.

• Knowledge of all products stored in warehouse.
