Job summary

Coca-Cola UNITED in Kentucky is seeking a Delivery Merchandiser – Small Store Relief CDL to deliver, rotate stock and merchandise shelves. The role supports the driver team with flexibility to cover open needs and maintain company standards for displays and backstock.

You will build strong relationships with customers, comply with DOT rules, and help ensure accurate transactions while promoting safety and efficiency in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Class A CDL and maintain DOT compliance
• 21+ years old minimum
• Ability to read, write and speak English
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to operate in fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Deliver and rotate stock to retail outlets
• Merchandise shelves, racks, equipment, and displays to company standards
• Build strong relationships with customers and Sales Supervisors
• Provide feedback to leadership on opportunities and threats
• Ensure accurate accounting for all cases and customer transactions
• Maintain backstock organized and keep coolers/shelves clean
• Assist with training delivery merchandiser trainees
