Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC is seeking a dedicated driver to deliver materials to customers and support warehouse operations in Indianapolis. You will perform pre-trip inspections, handle pallet jacks and dollies, and ensure accurate delivery and returns processing.

The role requires a valid CDL (A or B), 21+ years of age, DOT medical card, and a customer‑focused approach. Hazmat preferred, with opportunities for overtime and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CDL A or B.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Hazmat endorsement preferred.
• Meet and maintain CDL requirements.
• Follow all DOT standards and regulations.
• Must currently have, acquire, and/or maintain a valid DOT Medical card.
• Ability to lift items up to 50 lbs.
• A background in warehouse operations and logistics is a plus.
• Strong communicator with a customer-focused approach.
• Able to navigate and operate iPads.

Responsibilities

• Deliver materials to customers, using pallet jack and dolly, ensuring delivery ticket is loaded.
• Pick up customer returns and validate product for credit requests.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections, fuel the truck, and report issues to supervisor.
• Follow and implement all safety policies and procedures.
• Assist warehouse personnel with pulling and preparing orders for shipment, receiving, verifying, staging and stocking incoming material.
• Work overtime as needed.
• Adhere to safety regulations, including PPE usage and harness weight limit of 400 lbs.
