Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC is seeking a delivery driver in Indiana. The role delivers materials to customers, loads and unloads using pallet jacks, and ensures accurate ticketing at delivery. Overtime may be required to meet customer needs.

The position requires a valid CDL A, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a background in warehouse operations. Strong communication and basic technology use (iPads) are essential for daily tasks and customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CDL A.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Meet and maintain qualifications for CDL requirements.
• Follow all DOT standards and regulations.
• Must currently have, acquire, and/or maintain a valid DOT Medical card.
• Ability to lift items that weigh up to 50lbs.
• A background in warehouse operations and logistics is a plus.
• Strong communicator with a customer-focused approach.
• Able to navigate and operate basic technology, including iPads.

Responsibilities

• Deliver materials to the customer, loading/unloading with pallet jack and two-wheel dolly, and ensuring delivery of ticket with material.
• Pick up customer returns, validating product match for credit requests.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections, fuel the truck as needed, and report any problems or issues to supervisor.
• Follow and implement all company safety policies and procedures.
• Assist warehouse personnel with pulling and preparing orders for shipment, receiving, verifying, staging and stocking incoming material.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Must adhere to all safety regulations, including PPE usage.
• Wear a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs.
