Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises is seeking a driver to deliver materials to customers, perform pre/post trip checks, and support warehouse operations. The role emphasizes safety, adherence to DOT standards, and reliable customer service.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading with pallet jack, assisting with returns, and following company safety policies. OT may be required; the pay range currently listed reflects hourly compensation with full-time scheduling.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CDL class A or B.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Flatbed operator experience is required.
• Forklift experience is preferred.
• Meet and maintain qualifications for CDL requirements.
• Follow all DOT standards and regulations.
• Must currently have, acquire, and/or maintain a valid DOT Medical card to meet driver requirements.
• Ability to lift items that weigh up to 50 lbs.
• Background in warehouse operations and logistics is a plus.
• Strong communicator with a customer-focused approach.
• Able to navigate and operate basic technology, including iPads.

Responsibilities

• Deliver materials to customers using pallet jack and dolly, ensuring delivery tickets accompany material.
• Pick up customer returns and validate product match for credits.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections; fuel as needed; report issues to supervisor.
• Follow and implement all safety policies and procedures.
• Assist warehouse with pulling/prepping orders, receiving, verifying, stocking materials.
• Overtime may be required as needed.
• Comply with PPE usage and safety regulations, including harness limits.
