Compensation includes $18.00 per hour base, $15 stop pay, $10 unload pay, with a $0.25/hr bump after 6 months. Expect about 1,000 miles weekly, 10+ hour days, and 2 consecutive days off each week.

We are actively onboarding experienced Class A CDL drivers for a high-volume local retail distribution fleet running out of our Phoenix‑area hub in Tolleson, Arizona. Role Performance & Income Structure

• Weekly Revenue Average: $1,200 to $1,400 gross per week
• Projected Annual Scale: $62,400 to $72,800 per year ($1,200-$1,400/wk x 52 weeks)
• Compensation Mix: $18.00 per hour base rate + $15.00 stop pay + $10.00 unload pay per load (Includes a $0.25/hr wage increase after 6 months based on safety, attendance, and performance metrics)
• Operating Footprint: ~1,000 miles weekly with daily duty cycles averaging 10+ hours
• Home Time & Reset: 100% Home Daily with 2 consecutive days off every week
• Delivery Territory: Dedicated local store deliveries running exclusively within Arizona
• Freight Handling Protocol: Hands‑on store unloads utilizing manual pallet jacks (live loads, drop‑and‑hook, and unload assistance required)
• Dispatch Cadence: Operations run across both day and night dispatch windows; weekend work is standard, and holiday dispatches follow customer operational needs.

Hiring Prerequisites & Total Rewards

• Driver Experience Standard: First Seat experienced CDL‑A drivers only. (Trainees and team setups are closed on this fleet)
• Hiring Radius: Must live within 40 miles of Tolleson, Arizona (Zip Codes: 85043, 85353).
• Required Licensing: Valid Class A CDL and active DOT Medical Card (no specialized endorsements required).
• Physical Demands: Must be comfortable with heavy manual pallet jack handling, repetitive lifting, and extended standing/walking across 10+ hour shifts.
