C-2 Utility Contractors, LLC in Salem, OR is seeking an entry-level CDL Driver/Laborer for our Telecom Underground team. You will load, deliver, excavate, and operate advanced equipment on underground projects, install and maintain telecom cables, and help ensure safety and quality on site.

We value reliability, the ability to work independently and as part of a crew, and willingness to work overtime, weekends, and varied hours.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Valid CDL required.
• 2+ years operating construction equipment or similar tasks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a crew.

Responsibilities

• Load, deliver, excavate, and operate equipment for underground projects.
• Install and maintain underground telecommunications cable with precision.
• Operate and inspect construction equipment for safety and reliability.
• Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors on objectives.
• Complete and submit daily production reports to track progress.
• Assist with site restoration, including final grading and landscaping.
• Follow safety protocols and company regulations.
• Collaborate with Level I laborers as needed to support projects.
