Qualifications

• CDL required or able to obtain CDL.
• Experience operating construction equipment is preferred.
• Strong safety awareness and ability to follow protocols.
• Ability to work well in teams and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Load, deliver, excavate, and operate advanced equipment for underground projects.
• Install and maintain complex underground telecom cable with precision.
• Operate and inspect construction equipment to ensure safety and reliability; communicate project goals.
• Complete and submit detailed daily production reports to track progress.
• Assist with site restoration and final grading/landscaping to meet client expectations.
• Follow safety protocols and company policies.
