Job summary

TD&I Cable Maintenance, LLC is seeking CDL-ready laborers for underground utility work in the telecommunications construction sector. No experience required; on-the-job training provided and great benefits. You will join teams, follow Foreman instructions, and perform physically demanding outdoor tasks.

Responsibilities include preparing sites, loading materials, lifting up to 50 lbs, regulating traffic, and assisting with DOT-related vehicle operations as needed. CDL license required.

Qualifications

• No formal qualification is required, although a High School diploma may be preferred.
• Driver's license and CDL required.
• Ability to work outdoors and perform physical tasks.
• Willingness to undertake training when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Preparing construction sites, materials, and tools.
• Loading and unloading of materials, tools, and equipment.
• Removing debris/garbage and conduct restoration at work sites.
• Assembling and breaking down barricades and temporary structures.
• Assisting with DOT/vehicle operations when qualified for CDL work.
• If operating heavier vehicle combinations, maintain CDL with tanker endorsement as applicable.
• Regulating traffic and erecting traffic signs per MUTCD guidelines.
• Following all OSHA 1926 Construction Safety standards and regulations.
• Digging potholes, trenching, and other underground excavation work.
