Job summary

Renda Building Company is seeking a CDL Driver/Laborer for our New Sharon location. The role involves outdoor duties across multiple site tasks, with a Monday–Friday 7:00am–5:00pm schedule and occasional Saturday work. CDL (Class A) is preferred and assistance is available to obtain one.

Applicants should be dependable, safety-minded, and eager to learn all areas of the job, from shovel work to operating equipment. Travel may be required, and company rules and quality standards must be followed.

Qualifications

• Dependability and ability to work Monday–Friday 7:00am–5:00pm with some Saturdays.
• Strong desire to learn and work in all areas of the job, from shovel to equipment operation.
• Ability to adjust to changes quickly as priorities shift daily.
• Class A CDL (preferred); company will assist in obtaining one.
• Enjoys outdoor work in tough conditions (snow, rain, heat).

Responsibilities
