Express Employment Professionals in Casper, WY is seeking dependable CDL-A or CDL-B drivers to join our construction team. This role blends driving with hands-on labor outdoors, giving you the chance to contribute to a variety of projects while working with a collaborative crew.

You will operate ready-mix or dump trucks, assist with site prep, perform vehicle inspections, and ensure safe, compliant work sites in line with DOT regulations.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A or B license.
• Experience operating ready-mix or dump trucks.
• Ability to perform physical labor outdoors.
• Knowledge of job-site safety practices and DOT regulations.

Responsibilities

• Operate ready-mix trucks, dump trucks, tractor-trailers, and other commercial vehicles.
• Transport materials, equipment, and debris to and from job sites.
• Assist crews with site preparation, cleanup, loading/unloading, and material handling.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and basic equipment maintenance.
• Follow all DOT, safety, and job-site regulations.
• Support construction tasks such as digging, moving materials, and using hand and power tools.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
