Job summary

Renda Building Company in New Sharon, IA is seeking a CDL Driver/Laborer. The role blends driving with hands-on labor outdoors, with a standard Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00am to 5:00pm and occasional Saturdays.

You will operate equipment as needed and contribute to safe, high-quality work on multiple sites. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license; Class A CDL is preferred and the company will assist in obtaining one.

Qualifications

• Dependability and ability to work Monday-Friday 7:00am–5:00pm with some Saturdays.
• Strong desire to learn and work in all job areas from shovel to operating equipment.
• Ability to adjust to changing priorities daily and meet customer demands.
• Class A CDL preferred; company will assist to obtain one.
• Enjoys outdoor work in tough conditions (snow, rain, heat).
• Excellent verbal communication and safety-focused mindset.
