Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of Customer Service/Inside Sales/Counter Sales preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• No DUI/DWI or alcohol-related convictions in 10 years.
• Two years driving experience or truck driver training.
• No accidents or license suspensions in 2 years.
• Current DOT medical certificate or ability to pass DOT physical.
• Valid Class B CDL required.
• Hazmat endorsement or ability to obtain within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer service activities including orders and inquiries.
• Serve customers at counter and in-store sales.
• Support Outside Sales team and advise on product options.
• Promote add-on gases and high-margin accessories.
• Maintain accurate customer records and pricing.
• May perform outbound calls to Retail and small customers.
