Current starting pay ranges from $23.00 to $27.00 per hour with a $3,000 hiring bonus for experienced applicants. New hires participate in a Career Pathways program, offering advancement, merit increases, and safety incentives.

Formación

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED and be at least 18 years old.
• Valid Class A or B CDL License required.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen.

Responsabilidades

• Perform pre/post trip inspections of assigned vehicle per safety standards.
• Safely operate rear load, front load, side load, and roll off trucks in various environments.
• Provide courteous, timely customer service on designated routes.
• Complete all required paperwork accurately.
• Notify Dispatch of service interruptions and safety concerns.
