Job summary
Casella is seeking a CDL Truck Driver to safely operate roll off trucks and deliver prompt, courteous waste removal on assigned routes. You will navigate residential and commercial sites while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining safety standards.
Starting pay between $26.00-$30.00/hr, with Career Pathways advancement, merit increases and safety bonus incentives. A $7,500 hiring bonus is offered to eligible applicants, along with comprehensive benefits.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED; must be 18+ and eligible to work in the United States.
- Valid Class A or B CDL License required.
- Drug screening pre-employment is required.
Responsibilities
- Performs pre/post trip inspections of assigned vehicle per safety standards.
- Operates rear/front/side load and roll off trucks safely on various sites.
- Provides courteous customer service and timely service.
- Completes required paperwork accurately.
- Notifies dispatch of service interruptions or hazards.
