Job summary

Redline Equipment is seeking a capable Delivery and Service Technician to safely deliver and service agricultural equipment across local routes. You will operate with a Class A CDL, N Tanker endorsement, and perform repairs, inspections, and documentation while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes timely, quality work, equipment handling, and a strong commitment to a clean, organized shop environment, with adherence to safety protocols and reporting requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Class A Commercial Driver's License required.
• N Endorsement - Tanker required.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, hydraulic and mechanical systems.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with ELD and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver equipment by adhering to federal and state laws.
• Follow instructions for pickup, transport and delivery for the dealership or to/from customers.
• Perform quality work in a professional and timely manner.
• Complete basic service repairs.
• Maintain all service tools and service vehicles in good condition.
• Keep the shop area clean and organized.
• Ensure safety and report accidents immediately to the service manager.
• Document all work on work orders and inspect completed work before turnover.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

• Safely deliver equipment by adhering to federal and state laws.
• Follow all instructions for pick up, transport and delivery of equipment and supplies for the dealership or to/from customers of the dealership.
• Perform quality work assigned by service manager in a professional and timely manner.
• Complete basic service repairs.
• Maintains in good condition all service tools and service vehicles.
• Responsible for keeping shop area clean.
• Responsible for the safety and maintaining a safe working environment in the shop area and reporting all accidents to the service manager immediately.
• Document all work performed while hauling or repairing agricultural equipment on work orders.
• Inspects all completed work prior to turning in work order to the Service Manager.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications or Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Class 'A' Commercial Driver's License required.
• 'N' Endorsement required - Tanker
• Basic knowledge of product line, electrical, hydraulic and mechanical systems.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to write and speak effectively to individuals and groups.
• Excellent attention to details.
• Ability to use ELD, computer for Microsoft Office platform, plus effectively research and navigate the internet.
