Job summary

MEI Industrial Solutions in Columbus, OH is seeking a CDL Driver to safely operate tractor-trailer rigs under DOT regulations, transport equipment and crews to job sites, and assist with rigging and crating as needed.

You will perform pre-trip inspections, manage load securement, tarp and load equipment, and complete daily paperwork while maintaining safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid Class A CDL with Airbrakes and combo endorsements.
• Minimum two years driving experience at CDL level.
• Experience with rigging or crating is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections daily.
• Drive tractor-trailer rigs under DOT regulations to job sites.
• Secure, tarp, and rig loads; attach loads to rigging.
• Perform loading/unloading of equipment.
• Complete required paperwork daily.
• Maintain safety and regulatory compliance.
