Job summary

CHS Inc. in Glasgow, MT is hiring a full-time Laborer/Truck Driver to support grain, agronomy and related operations. You will load and unload products, perform routine maintenance, and assist with handling fertilizer and chemicals while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

You will drive in a safety-focused environment, maintain inventory, prepare trucks and railcars, and report issues promptly. A High School diploma or GED and a CDL are preferred, with a willingness to work flexible

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Operations and/or Trucking Operations
• Must meet minimum age requirement
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English

Responsibilities

• Carry out general labor responsibilities promptly and efficiently.
• Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading.
• Load and unload agricultural inputs using machinery or equipment.
• Conduct and record repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Monitor and maintain inventory quality.
• Deliver products safely and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations including hours of service.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas.
• Perform grounds and warehouse maintenance.
• Report safety or customer issues promptly.
• Maintain strong safety culture.
• Perform other assigned duties
