Job summary

CHS Inc in Wolf Point, MT is seeking an Agriculture Laborer to support grain handling and agronomy operations at our local facility. You will load and unload grain, perform maintenance, assist with fertilizer and chemical products, and help load trains while keeping work areas clean and safe for customers and coworkers.

This physically demanding role requires lifting up to 75 pounds, climbing rail cars, operating loaders and forklifts, and flexibility to work extended hours during peak seasons

Qualifications

• Knowledge of operations and/or business operations.
• Must meet minimum age requirement.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• CDL license or Hazmat endorsement preferred.
• Agriculture experience preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload grain, agronomy, and feed products.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and repairs with your hands.
• Monitor and maintain grain quality and blend/load fertilizer/chemical products.
• Assist in loading trains and delivering products to customer sites.
• Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized; report safety concerns.
• Operate heavy or light machinery for loading/unloading as needed.
