Job summary

CHS Inc. is seeking a Part Time Agriculture Laborer in Havre, MT to support grain and agronomy operations. You will load and unload products, assist with maintenance, and help monitor quality and safety across railcars and trucks.

The role offers hands-on training, CDL/Hazmat opportunities, and a path to grow into equipment operation. A strong safety culture and reliable attendance are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Operations and/or Business Operations.
• Ability to operate loaders, conveyors, tractors, and track mobile.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• CDL license or ability to attain one with Hazmat endorsement preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Agriculture experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload grain, agronomy, and feed products.
• Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading and assist with sampling.
• Operate heavy or light machinery and monitor load-out functions.
• Maintain inventory quality and ensure safe, clean work areas.
• Deliver products to customer sites and follow safety procedures.
• Perform routine maintenance and report safety concerns to supervisor.
