Coastal Elite Pro in Fort Collins, CO seeks a Transit Bus Operator to safely operate transit vehicles on assigned routes and deliver excellent customer service to riders, including individuals with disabilities under ADA guidelines.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean motor vehicle record.
• CDL Class B with passenger and air brake endorsements (preferred).
• Must pass DOT physical, drug and alcohol tests, and background checks.
• Ability to operate vehicles safely with endurance and good vision/hearing.

Responsabilidades

• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety.
• Practice defensive driving and adhere to traffic laws and safety protocols.
• Assist passengers, including those with disabilities, following ADA standards.
• Operate fare boxes, dispatch systems, and security equipment accurately.
• Communicate professionally with dispatch and passengers, and complete required documentation.
• Report hazards and maintain a safe environment.
• Represent the organization’s mission and values in all interactions.

Role Overview:

Qualifications & Skills
