SALARY RANGE: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 - 100% Commission-Based

Manito Transit LLC is a full-service petroleum, propane, ammonia, and chemical trucking company dedicated to providing high-quality products and services to improve customer profitability.

Purpose and Summary Statement

Operates semi-tractors and tankers following specified schedules to/from company or customer locations to achieve profitable business growth.

Essential Job Functions

1. Operates semi-tractors and tankers safely and properly.
2. Performs and records daily safety checks, including pre-trip inspections.
3. Follows all DOT regulations.
4. Ensures timely deliveries and pickups, promoting customer service and professionalism.
5. Completes all documentation accurately, including bill of ladings, delivery slips, and invoices.
6. Maintains accurate logbooks and records.

Other Job Functions

• Follows company policies, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, with 2+ years of related experience.
• Ability to safely operate tractor-trailers and meet DOT standards.
• Must have or obtain a CDL with required endorsements, a valid medical card, and a good driving record.
• Ability to work extended hours and on-call.

Physical and Environmental Conditions

• Exposure to extreme weather, noise, dust, fumes, chemicals, and electrical hazards.
• May need to work at heights and lift 51-70 lbs.
