SALARY RANGE: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00; 100% Commission-Based

Manito Transit LLC is a full-service trucking company specializing in petroleum, propane, ammonia, and chemicals, dedicated to providing high-quality products and services to enhance customer profitability.

PURPOSE AND SUMMARY

Operates semi-tractors and tankers according to specified schedules to and from company and customer locations to support profitable growth.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

1. Operates semi-tractors and tankers safely, adhering to established standards and techniques.
2. Performs daily safety checks, including pre-trip inspections and maintenance, maintaining a professional appearance.
3. Follows all DOT regulations.
4. Ensures timely deliveries and pickups, promoting excellent customer service and professionalism.
5. Completes all required documentation accurately and timely.

OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS

1. Adheres to Manito Transit's Code of Conduct, Safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations.
2. Performs other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

1. High school diploma or equivalent; 2+ years of related experience preferred.
2. Valid CDL with required endorsements, medical card, and clean driving record.
3. Ability to work extended hours and on-call as needed.
4. Ability to obtain and maintain necessary certifications and permits.

Physical and environmental conditions include exposure to extreme weather, noise, dust, fumes, chemicals, electrical hazards, varying heights, and lifting 51-70 lbs.

Willingness to participate in training related to company policies and safety procedures.
