Roadrunner’s Milwaukee LTL service center seeks a reliable hybrid driver/dock teammate. The role includes local pickup and delivery, dock operations, and hostling duties to support efficient terminal operations.

Ideal candidates will be safety-conscious, customer-focused, and able to adapt to varied shifts. CDL and DOT readiness are required, with strong teamwork and communication skills essential.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL (Class A or B) required, depending on equipment used.
• Clean driving record meeting DOT standards.
• Ability to pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate forklifts/pallet jacks.
• Work in various weather conditions indoors and outdoors.
• Commitment to safety and adherence to procedures.

Responsibilities

• Pickup & Delivery driving on local routes with safety focus.
• Dock operations including loading/unloading and equipment use.
• Hostling to reposition trailers and coordinate movements.
• General terminal upkeep and active safety participation.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members.
