You will operate Class A/B vehicles on local routes, perform pre/post trip inspections, handle dock loading with forklifts, and coordinate yard movements with dispatchers. This role offers growth, a safety-first culture, and competitive pay in a fast-paced terminal environment.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL (Class A or B)
• Clean driving record meeting DOT standards
• Ability to pass a DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate forklifts/pallet jacks
• Ability to work in various weather conditions
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and team-first attitude
• Flexibility to work varying shifts
• Ability to read, write, and understand English (shipping documents, safety regs)
• Commitment to safety and procedures

Responsibilities

• Pickup & Delivery (P&D) driving on local routes with DOT compliance
• Dock operations: loading/unloading, equipment use, inventory checks
• Hostling: repositioning trailers, yard checks, trailer movements
• General duties: safety meetings, dispatch communication, yard upkeep, flexibility to assist operations
