American Red Cross in Gilbert, AZ seeks a Driver to support community blood drives. This on-site role involves loading, unloading, setup and breakdown of equipment, plus safe driving responsibilities and donor care.

You will join a team dedicated to lifesaving service and flexible scheduling across the region. The position requires a High School diploma, a valid Class A or B CDL, a clean driving record, and a DOT certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Customer service experience and effective verbal communication skills are required.
• A current, valid driver's license with Class A or B CDL and a good driving record; experience driving large vehicles preferred.
• DOT certification is required.
• Physical requirements include lifting and long hours; ability to adapt to varying schedules.
• Basic computer skills are required.

Responsabilités

• This is a highly active role with loading, unloading, setup and breakdown of equipment, and driving responsibilities.
• Build relationships with volunteer blood donors and provide excellent customer service.
• Receive paid training to perform blood collections and support donor care.
• Ensure all safety, quality, and regulatory standards are followed.
• Help deliver lifesaving blood products to patients who depend on them.
