Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Customer service experience and effective verbal communication skills are required.
• A current, valid driver's license with Class A or B CDL and a good driving record is required.
• DOT certification is required, with medical certification of at least one year.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport blood collection equipment and set up/tear down sites with the team.
• Personally connect with donors, explaining the donation process and impact.
• Create a welcoming environment so donors are comfortable returning.
• Be detail oriented to ensure the blood collected meets goals and safety rules.
