Job summary

Adams and Associates, Inc. in Manchester, NH is seeking a full-time Temporary CDL Driver & Facilities Champion to transport students and maintain our campus facilities.

The role combines driving with hands-on maintenance duties and youth mentorship in a dynamic, community-focused environment. The ideal candidate holds a valid CDL, a high school diploma, and has a background working with youth along with the physical capability to stay active on your feet.

Qualifications

• The Right License: A valid, in-State Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) and a clean driving record that meets company insurability guidelines.
• The Foundation: A High School Diploma or equivalent (advanced degrees are always welcome!).
• The Grit: Previous experience working with youth is a major plus, along with the physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs, climb, walk, and stay active on your feet.
• The Vibe: Clear communication skills and a team-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, efficient, and reliable transportation for our students.
• Take charge of preventative maintenance and repair work for our facility and grounds.
• Keep our fleet in top-tier shape by coordinating and documenting regular preventative maintenance and safety checks.
• Act as a mentor and positive role model, showing mutual respect and holding youth accountable to elevate their career success standards.

Schedule & Pay

• Schedule: 5 days a week---Monday through Friday, Day Shift.
• Rate of Pay: $22.99 per hour
