Job summary

Adams and Associates, Inc. in Manchester, NH is seeking a Full Time CDL Driver & Facilities Champion to safely transport students and maintain the campus.

You must hold a valid in-state CDL with a clean driving record and a High School Diploma or equivalent. The role requires the ability to lift up to 40 lbs, stay active, and communicate clearly as part of a team-focused effort. Schedule is Monday–Friday, day shift, at $22.99 per hour.

Qualifications

• A valid in-state CDL and a clean driving record.
• Experience working with youth is a plus.
• Clear communication skills are essential.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stay active on your feet.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, efficient, and reliable transportation for students.
• Take charge of preventative maintenance and repair work for the facility and grounds.
• Coordinate and document regular preventative maintenance and safety checks for the fleet.
• Mentor youth and model respectful, team-oriented behavior.
