Job summary

Transervice Logistics in Louisville, KY is seeking a Dispatcher/Driver Supervisor (CDL A) to lead and develop relationships with CDL A drivers, improving safety and driver retention. You will coordinate with multiple departments to meet customer, driver, and company objectives.

Responsibilities include daily planning of equipment and drivers, ensuring high utilization and safety procedures, and supporting management.

Qualifications

• Previous DOT transportation dispatch experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Experience prioritizing projects.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong MS Office experience.
• Willingness to work nights and some weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead a staff of CDL A drivers to ensure high levels of customer service and fleet profitability.
• Plan daily equipment and driver utilization to maximize efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to safety procedures and DOT regulations.
• Provide support to management and cross‑functional teams.
• Work 12‑hour shifts 4/3; nights required.
• Schedule includes Sunday through Tuesday and alternating Wednesdays.
