Ferguson is hiring for a delivery driver role in Louisville, KY. You will deliver materials to customers, load/unload with pallet jacks, and maintain safety standards.

The position operates Monday through Friday from 7am to 4pm, with overtime as needed and home daily with no nights or weekends. Qualified candidates hold a valid CDL Class B, are at least 21, and meet CDL/DOT requirements, including a DOT medical card.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CDL Class B.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Meet and maintain qualifications for CDL requirements.
• Follow all DOT standards and regulations.
• Must currently have, acquire, and/or maintain a valid DOT Medical card in order to meet driver requirements.

Responsabilités

• Deliver materials to the customer, utilizing pallet jack and two-wheel dolly to load/unload and ensure delivery of ticket with material.
• Pick up customer returns, validating product match for credit requests.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections, fuel the truck as needed, and report any problems to supervisor.
• Follow and implement all company safety policies and procedures.
• Assist warehouse personnel with pulling and preparing orders for shipment, as well as receiving, verifying, staging and stocking incoming material.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Must adhere to all safety regulations, including PPE usage with a 400 lbs weight capacity harness.

Qualifications:

• Must hold a valid CDL Class B
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Meet and maintain qualifications for CDL requirements
• Follow all DOT standards and regulations
• Must currently have, acquire, and/or maintain a valid DOT Medical card in order to meet driver requirements.
• Ability to lift items that weigh up to 50lbs
• A background in warehouse operations and logistics, including shipping, receiving and delivery is a plus
• Strong communicator with a customer-focused approach
• Able to navigate and operate basic technology, including iPads

Responsibilities:

• Must adhere to all safety regulations, including the correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE). This includes wearing a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs.

Pay Range:

$19.26 - $30.76

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
