Ferguson Enterprises, a leading distributor, is seeking a driver with a valid CDL to deliver materials to customers in the Indianapolis area. The role emphasizes safety, punctuality, and strong customer service.

Overtime and first shift hours apply, with competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package. Requirements include a CDL A or B, possible hazmat endorsement, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CDL A or B.
• Hazmat endorsement preferred.
• Meet and maintain qualifications for CDL requirements.
• Follow all DOT standards and regulations.
• Must have or obtain a valid DOT Medical card.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Warehouse/logistics experience a plus.

Responsabilités

• Deliver materials to customers, load/unload with pallet jack or two-wheel dolly, and ensure delivery tickets are provided.
• Pick up returns and validate product for credit requests.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections; fuel as needed; report issues to supervisor.
• Follow safety policies and wear PPE, including harness when required.
• Assist with pulling, staging and stocking incoming material; support warehouse team as needed.

Pay Range: Starting at $25 or more depending on experience

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 1st Shift | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM | Overtime Expected

Qualifications:

• Must hold a valid CDL A or B
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Hazmat endorsement preferred
• Meet and maintain qualifications for CDL requirements
• Follow all DOT standards and regulations
• Must currently, have, acquire, and/or maintain a valid DOT Medical card in order to meet driver requirements
• Ability to lift items that weigh up to 50lbs
• A background in warehouse operations and logistics, including shipping, receiving and delivery is a plus
• Strong communicator with a customer-focused approach
• Able to navigate and operate basic technology, including iPads

Responsibilities:

• Deliver materials to the customer, whichincludes utilizing pallet jack and two-wheel dollyto load and unload and ensuring delivery of ticket with material
• Pick up customer returns, validating product match for credit requests
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections, fuel the truck as needed, and report any problems or issues to supervisor
• Follow and implement all company safety policies and procedures
• Assist warehouse personnel with pulling and preparing orders for shipment as needed, as well as receiving, verifying, staging and stocking incoming material
• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Must adhere to all safety regulations, including the correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE). This includes wearing a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs.

Pay Range:

$19.26 - $30.76

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
