Job summary

Ferguson is seeking a professional truck driver in Massachusetts to deliver materials to customers and support warehouse operations. You will operate pallet jacks and dollies, manage returns, and maintain accurate delivery documentation.

The role requires a valid CDL, DOT medical card, and a strong safety mindset. You will work Monday–Friday with daytime hours and opportunities for overtime. Ferguson offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CDL.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Meet and maintain qualifications for CDL requirements.
• Follow all DOT standards and regulations.
• Must currently have, acquire, and/or maintain a valid DOT Medical card.
• Ability to lift items that weigh up to 50lbs.
• A background in warehouse operations and logistics is a plus.
• Strong communicator with a customer-focused approach.
• Able to navigate and operate basic technology, including iPads.

Responsibilities

• Deliver materials to customers using pallet jack or dolly and ensure delivery ticket accuracy.
• Pickup customer returns and validate product matches for credits.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections; fuel and report issues as needed.
• Follow and enforce all safety policies and procedures.
• Assist warehouse staff with pulling, packing, and stocking orders.
• Work overtime as needed and comply with PPE requirements.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:00AM-2:30PM

Qualifications:

• Must hold a valid CDL

• Meet and maintain qualifications for CDL requirements
• Follow all DOT standards and regulations
• Must currently have, acquire, and/or maintain a valid DOT Medical card in order to meet driver requirements.
• Ability to lift items that weigh up to 50lbs
• A background in warehouse operations and logistics, including shipping, receiving and delivery is a plus
• Strong communicator with a customer-focused approach
• Able to navigate and operate basic technology, including iPads

Responsibilities:

• Deliver materials to the customer, which includes utilizing pallet jack and two-wheel dolly to load and unload and ensuring delivery of ticket with material
• Pick up customer returns, validating product match for credit requests
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections, fuel the truck as needed, and report any problems or issues to supervisor
• Follow and implement all company safety policies and procedures
• Assist warehouse personnel with pulling and preparing orders for shipment as needed, as well as receiving, verifying, staging and stocking incoming material
• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Must adhere to all safety regulations, including the correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE). This includes wearing a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs.

Pay Range:

$21.19 - $33.83

*Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.*

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
