Ferguson is seeking a professional CDL Class A driver in Texas to deliver materials to customers with safety and customer service at the forefront. Expect early start times and a structured daily routine.

Qualifications

• Must hold a CDL Class A with Hazmat endorsement.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Meet and maintain CDL requirements and DOT standards.
• Must maintain a valid DOT Medical card.
• Ability to lift items up to 50 lbs.
• Background in warehouse operations or logistics is a plus.
• Able to navigate and operate basic technology, including iPads.

Responsibilities

• Deliver materials to the customer, using pallet jack and two-wheel dolly, and ensure delivery with material ticket.
• Pick up customer returns, validate product match for credit requests.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections, fuel the truck as needed, and report issues to supervisor.
• Follow and implement all safety policies and procedures.
• Assist warehouse personnel with pulling and preparing orders for shipment, receiving, verifying, stocking incoming material.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Adhere to safety regulations, including PPE usage.

Monday – Friday: Work hours will depend on company needs typical day will start between 5am and 7am

Qualifications:

• Must hold a valid CDL Class A with Hazmat endorsement
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Meet and maintain qualifications for CDL requirements
• Follow all DOT standards and regulations
• Must currently have, acquire, and/or maintain a valid DOT Medical card in order to meet driver requirements.
• Ability to lift items that weigh up to 50lbs
• A background in warehouse operations and logistics, including shipping, receiving and delivery is a plus
• Strong communicator with a customer-focused approach
• Able to navigate and operate basic technology, including iPads

Responsibilities:

• Deliver materials to the customer, which includes utilizing pallet jack and two-wheel dolly to load and unload and ensuring delivery of ticket with material
• Pick up customer returns, validating product match for credit requests
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections, fuel the truck as needed, and report any problems or issues to supervisor
• Follow and implement all company safety policies and procedures
• Assist warehouse personnel with pulling and preparing orders for shipment as needed, as well as receiving, verifying, staging and stocking incoming material
• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Must adhere to all safety regulations, including the correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE). This includes wearing a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs.

Pay Range:

$19.26 - $30.76

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
