Job summary

Ferguson in Lebanon, TN seeks a delivery driver to provide safe, accurate materials deliveries to customers and to handle loading/unloading with care. You will perform pre/post-trip checks, document accurately, and communicate issues to leadership while staying compliant with safety PPE requirements.

The role offers daily home time, overtime opportunities, and a benefits package including medical/dental/vision, 401(k), paid time off, and other company protections.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid CDL (Class A / B).
• Able to meet and maintain CDL qualifications.
• Must currently have, acquire, and/or maintain a valid DOT Medical card.
• Comfortable lifting and handling materials up to 50 lbs.
• Strong communicator with a customer-first mindset.
• Comfortable using basic technology, like iPads, for routes and tasks.
• Experience in delivery, warehouse, or logistics environments is a plus.
• Regular and reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to following all safety policies and PPE requirements.
• Ability to work overtime including extended hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver materials to customers, including loading and unloading, and ensure all delivery documentation is accurate and complete.
• Pick up customer returns and verify product matches.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, fuel the truck, and report any issues to leadership.
• Adhere to all safety requirements, including proper use of PPE when required.
• Participate in team meetings and communicate concerns or improvement opportunities to management.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support operational needs.

Pay Range

$19.26 - $30.76

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
