Ferguson Enterprises, LLC. in Michigan is seeking an experienced CDL delivery driver to join our team and serve customers with reliability and a customer-first mindset.

You will deliver materials, assist with loading, perform pre/post-trip inspections, and help ensure accurate credit handling for returns.

This role offers weekday hours, competitive hourly pay, benefits, and growth opportunities within a nationwide network.

Competenze

• Must hold a valid CDLA or B license.
• At least 1 year of CDL delivery experience.
• Must be 21+ years old and meet DOT requirements.
• Ability to independently lift 50+ pounds frequently and 90+ pounds occasionally.
• Background in warehouse operations and logistics is a plus.

Mansioni

• Deliver materials to the customer, including loading/unloading assistance.
• Pick up customer returns and validate product for credit requests.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections; fuel as needed.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Work overtime as needed and adhere to PPE usage.

Qualifications:

• Must hold a valid CDLA or B

• Must have at least 1 year of CDL delivery experience

• Must be at least 21 years of age

• Meet andmaintainqualifications for CDL requirements

• Follow all DOT standards and regulations

• Must currently, have, acquire, and/or maintain a valid DOT Medical card in order to meet driver requirements.

• Ability to independently lift 50+ pound objects frequently and 90+ pound objects occasionally

• A background in warehouse operations andlogistics, including shipping, receiving and delivery is a plus

• Strong communicator with a customer-focused approach

• Able to navigate andoperatebasic technology, including iPads

Responsibilities:

• Deliver materials to the customer, which includesassistancewith loading and unloading and ensuring delivery of ticket with material

• Pick up customer returns,validatingproduct match for credit requests

• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections, fuel the truck as needed, and report any problems or issues to supervisor

• Follow and implement all company safety policies and procedures

• Ability to work overtime as needed

• Must adhere to all safety regulations, including the correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE)

Pay Range:

$19.26 - $30.76

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.

Ferguson complies with all wage regulations. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
