Job summary

QXO is seeking a delivery driver in the United States to perform touch-freight tasks, load materials, and verify loads while ensuring safety and DOT compliance. You may lift over 75 lbs and will pre-inspect vehicles and loads.

The role requires 21+ years old, a valid CDL A/B, 12 months driving experience, and willingness to work outdoors in all weather. Benefits include 401(k), health/dental/vision, PTO, training, and more.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid Class A or B CDL license in good standing.
• At least 12 months of verifiable commercial driving experience.
• Experience driving a manual transmission truck preferred but not required.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform touch-freight tasks, which may require lifting, moving, or carrying products weighing over 75 lbs.
• Pre‑inspect the truck, load materials, and verify the accuracy of the load.
• Notify branch management of any potential hazards on site.
• Set up job parameters and inspect the site to ensure a safe environment for loading and unloading.
• Maintain regular communication with the dispatcher to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Follow all DOT and company safety procedures, and always wear appropriate PPE.
