QXO is hiring a professional CDL driver to join our field operations in a bustling logistics role. You will perform touch-freight tasks, pre-inspect trucks, load materials, and verify loads while maintaining safety and clear dispatch communication.

Ideal candidates are 21+, have a Class B CDL with a year of verifiable driving experience, and are comfortable outdoors. We offer benefits, paid training, and certification opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid Class B CDL license in good standing.
• At least 12 months of verifiable commercial driving experience.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform touch‑freight tasks, which may require lifting, moving, or carrying products weighing over 75 lbs
• Pre‑inspect the truck, load materials, and verify the accuracy of the load
• Notify branch management of any potential hazards on site
• Set up job parameters and inspect the site to ensure a safe environment for loading and unloading
• Maintain regular communication with the dispatcher to ensure timely delivery of products
• Follow all DOT and company safety procedures, and always wear appropriate PPE
