Qualifications

  • Experience transporting lumber and building materials.

Responsibilities

  • Operate Class A or B commercial vehicles safely and efficiently.
  • Deliver to active construction sites and completed locations; may require interstate travel.
  • Perform pre- and post-trip DOT inspections and maintain logs.
  • Provide professional customer service and relay messages on site.
  • Secure loads and verify orders before departure and on delivery.
  • Follow DOT regulations and hours-of-service requirements.
  • Deliver and unload materials; ensure customer satisfaction at delivery.
  • Operate truck-mounted forklift for loading/unloading on site.
  • Keep truck clean and organized; assist with warehouse stocking.
