QXO, a leading distributor and installer of building products, is seeking a CDL Driver (Class A or B) in North Carolina. You will safely transport materials to customer locations and job sites, assist with loading and unloading, and ensure compliance with DOT/FMCSA regulations and company safety standards.

The ideal candidate is safety-focused, dependable, customer-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, physically active environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid Class A or B CDL license in good standing.
• At least 12 months of verifiable commercial driving experience.
• Experience operating heavy equipment and driving a manual transmission truck.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Drive and transport building materials safely to locations and job sites.
• Pre-inspect the truck, load materials, verify load accuracy.
• Notify branch management of potential hazards on site.
• Set up job parameters and inspect site for safe loading/unloading.
• Maintain communication with the dispatcher for timely deliveries.
• Follow DOT and company safety procedures and wear PPE.
