Job summary

Casella is seeking a CDL Truck Driver to safely operate rear, front, side, and roll-off trucks on designated routes, delivering prompt, courteous waste removal and excellent customer service. The successful candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED, be at least 18, hold a valid CDL Class A or B, and pass pre-employment drug screening.

Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varying weather is required; training and advancement through Career Pathways are available.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform pre/post trip inspections and maintain truck appearance.
• Safely operate rear/front/side/roll-off trucks on streets, sites, and customer locations.
• Provide courteous customer service and timely service.
• Complete route paperwork accurately.
• Notify Dispatch of service interruptions or incidents.
