Job summary

Monster Tree Service of St. Louis in Missouri is seeking an experienced CDL Driver/Bucket Truck Operator. You will operate a bucket truck to support pruning and tree removals, perform climbing and grounds tasks, and stay in frequent voice contact with workers aloft.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• CDL and Class B license required.
• Experience operating grapple saw preferred.
• Prior bucket truck driving/operating experience required.
• Operates and maintains bucket truck and other equipment safely.
• Prior experience as climber or grounds person required.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Operate bucket truck to assist pruning or tree removals.
• Perform climbing, pruning, and grounds tasks as needed.
• Safeguard crew and public; maintain voice contact aloft.
• Attend weekly safety meetings and daily job briefings.
• Follow PPE and safety standards; enforce safety practices.
• Unload, lay out, and secure materials and equipment.
• Keep the work area clean and orderly.
