A1 Tree & Stump Removal is seeking a dependable CDL Driver to join our growing Twin Cities team. The role involves operating bucket and clam trucks, with an emphasis on safety and early-morning starts in Bloomington and the surrounding metro area.

The position is full-time with pay ranging from $25–$35 per hour, based on experience. Benefits kick in after 90 days, and on-the-job training plus opportunities for professional growth are provided.

Qualifications

• CDL holder with commercial driving experience.
• Comfort operating bucket and clam trucks.
• Demonstrates a safe, responsible driving record.
• Dependable, punctual, and comfortable with early mornings.
• Takes vehicle and job-site safety seriously; works well with a team.
• Willing to learn and take on new responsibilities.
• Tree care/landscaping/haulage/equipment experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport company vehicles, equipment, materials, wood, and debris to and from job sites.
• Support the crew throughout the workday and assist as needed.
• Operate bucket truck and clam truck in residential and commercial areas with caution.
• Maintain safe driving practices and vehicle cleanliness on the job.
