Job summary

JTB Hawaii, Inc. is seeking CDL B drivers to provide safe airport transfers, charter tours, and transportation services in Hawaii. The role requires clean driving record, CDL B with air brakes and passenger endorsements, and the ability to work varied shifts.

The position offers pay ranging from $25.00 to $33.00 per hour, with overtime and weekend requirements. Prior customer service experience and bilingual English/Japanese ability are valued assets.

Qualifications

• High school graduate; age 21 or older.
• Must possess a valid Hawaii driver’s license with clean abstract.
• CDL B license with air brake and passenger endorsements required.
• 1+ year experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
• Ability to communicate in English and/or Japanese.
• Able to work independently and with others; capable of multi-tasking during driving.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Pre/Post-Trip inspections per DOT and Travel Plaza regulations.
• Provide safe transportation for airport transfers, charter excursions, tours and assist with loading/unloading passengers and baggage.
• Drive vehicle in compliance with state and federal traffic regulations and safety standards.
• Record readings and complete Accident Reports; check-in/out with Dispatch.
