Job Title: CDL Driver

Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities

• Load, deliver, unload, and pick up equipment and supplies from various local jobsites.
• Transport goods from distribution centers to customer locations using a truck.
• Perform vehicle inspections before and after trips.
• Follow safety procedures, especially when transporting hazardous cargo, and maintain logs of vehicle repair status and working hours.
• Report to the Logistics Manager.
• Ensure accurate paperwork and effective communication with customers for delivery and pickup coordination.

Qualifications

• Dependable, responsible, with a positive attitude and willingness to help a growing company.
• Current Hazmat endorsement and adherence to all DOT regulations.
• Ability to work nights and weekends on a periodic on-call basis.

Skills & Abilities

• Valid Georgia driver’s license with current Hazmat endorsement.
• Ability to pass background checks, hold a TWIC card, and pass a drug screening.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, with effective communication skills.
• Punctual, dependable, professional appearance.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
