Job summary

QXO, a leading distributor and installer of building products, seeks a CDL driver to join its field team in Minnesota. You will perform touch-freight, pre-inspect trucks, and ensure safe loading/unloading while maintaining open communication with dispatch.

• NCCCO certification or boom truck experience preferred but not required.

What you'll do:

• Perform touch-freight tasks, which may require lifting, moving, or carrying products weighing over 75 lbs
• Pre-inspect the truck, load materials, and verify the accuracy of the load
• Notify branch management of any potential hazards on site
• Set up job parameters and inspect the site to ensure a safe environment for loading and unloading
• Maintain regular communication with the dispatcher to ensure timely delivery of products
• Follow all DOT and company safety procedures, and always wear appropriate PPE

What you'll bring:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Valid Class B CDL license in good standing
• At least 12 months of verifiable commercial driving experience
• NCCCO certification or boom truck experience preferred but not required
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Salary Range:

USD $24.11 - USD $33.53 /Hr.
