Job summary

Lansing Building Products is hiring a CDL Driver in Manchester, NH to handle deliveries and warehouse tasks. You will represent Lansing on job sites, assist customers, and operate a moffett forklift as part of daily duties.

Requirements include a CDL license with a clean record, ability to lift up to 70 pounds, and prior driving experience. Forklift certification and building products experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• CDL B (or A) license is required for this position.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently with efficiency and focus.
• Ability to lift boxes weighing up to 70 pounds.
• Experience with building products is very helpful.
• Strong customer service skills, high integrity, and a positive attitude.
• At least one year of driving experience.
• Forklift certification and experience with a piggyback truck.

Responsibilities

• Lives the mission statement.
• Acts as a front-line Lansing representative while providing outstanding customer service.
• Splits time between making deliveries and working in the warehouse.
• Uses a moffett forklift to make deliveries.
• Interacts with customers and crews at job sites.
• Provides exceptional service to each Lansing customer and continually improves that level of service.
• Keeps warehouse clean and orderly.
• This is a 'get-the-job-done' role; other duties like cycle counts or inside sales may be assigned.

CDL Driver's day usually begins around 7:00 AM -- sometimes earlier -- and ends at approximately 4:30 PM -- generally no weekend work (hours may vary by location)

CDL Driver Responsibilities:

Lives the mission statement
