zTrip is seeking a professional CDL Driver to join our team and provide safe, reliable transportation to passengers. You will uphold DOT regulations, maintain clean vehicles, and deliver outstanding customer service while representing our brand with integrity and professionalism.

You must hold a valid CDL with Passenger Endorsement, maintain a clean driving record, and demonstrate a calm, punctual, safety-first mindset.

What You'll Do as a CDL Driver:

Safe & Reliable Transportation

• Safely operate CDL-required vehicles while transporting passengers to their destinations.
• Follow all DOT regulations, traffic laws, company policies, and safety procedures.
• Provide dependable and efficient transportation services.
• Adapt to changing traffic conditions, schedules, routes, and operational needs.
• Ensure passengers arrive safely, comfortably, and on time.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times.

Customer Service Excellence

• Deliver outstanding customer service during every interaction.
• Greet and assist passengers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Assist riders with boarding and exiting vehicles when necessary.
• Support passengers with mobility needs and accessibility requirements.
• Communicate clearly regarding schedules, routes, and transportation services.
• Represent the zTrip brand with professionalism, integrity, and respect.

Vehicle Safety & Operations

• Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and passenger-ready vehicle.
• Operate wheelchair lifts, ramps, and accessibility equipment when required.
• Report maintenance concerns, safety issues, and incidents promptly.
• Work closely with dispatch and operations teams to ensure dependable service.
• Complete vehicle documentation, inspections, and reports accurately.

Qualifications for a CDL Driver:

Required

• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
• Passenger (P) Endorsement
• Clean driving record

• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

• Experience operating shuttle buses, transit buses, paratransit vehicles, motor coaches, or similar passenger transportation vehicles
• Previous experience in transportation, customer service, hospitality, or public service
• Familiarity with accessibility equipment and passenger assistance procedures
